Get an overview of different AI tools to create your own customized AI apps, agents and agentic workflows - without any technical skills required and without the need for coding. In this hands-on module, you will design and build a functional agentic workflow that automates a real-world task or process using no-code tools. You’ll apply what you’ve learned about prompt design, input/output structuring, and multi-step logic chaining to create a workflow that mimics intelligent decision-making—turning your AI use case concept from course "Practical AI and prompting for customer care professionals" into a working solution.

Productivity Challenge

In this challenge, you’ll create your own AI use case focused on improving productivity in your customer care work. You’ll reflect on where AI can deliver the greatest time savings or efficiency gains in your daily activities or team workflows. By thinking through business impact, feasibility, and potential risks, you’ll sharpen your ability to turn AI capabilities into practical value for your organization.
