By the end of this course, you'll be able to build Trello boards from scratch, structure them with lists and cards, and supercharge those cards with members, labels, due dates, checklists, and attachments, then filter, configure, and extend your boards to fit exactly how you work. If your ideas, tasks, and reminders live in a chaotic mix of sticky notes, notepads, and your own overworked memory, this course hands you a calmer system. You'll turn that mental clutter into an organized digital whiteboard you can reach from anywhere, so the right information shows up at the right time instead of slipping through the cracks. Along the way you'll collaborate cleanly with teammates, automate away busywork with Power-Ups, and choose the Trello plan that actually fits your needs and budget. What makes this course different is its guide: it's taught by a longtime Trello expert and community leader who has spent over a decade using Trello in real professional and personal life. You'll get practical, been-there advice, not just feature tours, and you'll finish ready to organize anything.

Syllabus

  • Create a Digital Whiteboard
    • Your best ideas are useless if they're scattered across sticky notes, notepads, and your own memory. In this module, you'll set up your account and build your first board so you can turn mental clutter into an organized, shareable workspace you can reach from anywhere.
  • Sort Cards with Lists
    • Your work stalls without a system to track where each task stands. In this module, you'll create and manage lists and fill them with cards so you can capture every task and move it through your process with ease.
  • Supercharged Sticky Notes
    • Your cards do more work when they carry the right details. In this module, you'll add members, labels, dates, checklists, attachments, and custom fields, and you'll apply filters so you can find and act on exactly what matters.
  • Leveling Up
    • You get more from Trello once you connect it to the tools you already use. In this module, you'll add integrations from the Power-Up marketplace and compare plans so you can decide what's worth paying for.
