This three-day course is designed for high-potential managers and executives. The curriculum reviews elements of leadership excellence, how to maximize performance, and how to identify and leverage your leadership strengths. Learners also examine trust and integrity as the foundations for leadership. Specific topics include characteristics of great leaders, teams, and organizations, purpose-centered leadership, leadership principles and pitfalls, and creating expectations for excellence. This highly interactive seminar will help you develop insight into critical leadership behaviors and learn how to adapt them to the needs of your organization. The training focuses on the Executive Core Qualification (ECQ), leading people, and the fundamental leadership competencies.
