This seminar employs the TruTalent Learning and Productivity (TTL and P) system, a comprehensive 20-minute online assessment that evaluates an individual's productivity preferences and learning styles. The assessment identifies work and learning preferences across four distinct styles and twelve key environmental and mindset factors. These characteristics significantly influence how individuals achieve and perform in professional learning environments. They directly affect the way individuals concentrate, make decisions, solve complex problems, process new information, approach and complete tasks, retain and apply new and complex information, develop new skills, and interact with colleagues and teams.
