In this intermediate course, you will meaningfully expand your chord playing abilities to cover the entire fretboard, including all sharps and flats, using E form major chords, minor chords, and 7th chords. Simultaneously, you will construct and develop complex and deeply expressive rhythm techniques using fretting hand damping methods and advanced syncopation patterns.
To determine with confidence which class level is the appropriate fit for you, try playing along with the class graduation videos. If you can play successfully with the previous graduation video but struggle with the graduation video for this current class, then you are absolutely in the right place!
Before your first class meeting, try playing along with the warm-up video, which you will execute in every class session. There are nine total warm-ups available, so be sure to select your correct level. Don't concern yourself if you don't fully understand or completely master everything right away; just familiarize yourself with it. (Also, to get the maximum benefit from your practice time, use this video as a warm-up every time you practice at home as well!)

You have successfully completed Beginners 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 courses, or you feel secure with mixed 8th note and 16th note strumming patterns, palm muting, bass strumming, slash chord patterns, arpeggios, bass runs, and fluidly switching between different strumming patterns and rhythm techniques.
