In this intermediate course, you will acquire and develop a comprehensive and powerful vocabulary of open chords which will give you the practical skill and deep knowledge to confidently play thousands of different songs. You'll master the technique of incorporating small barre chords and become highly confident in using your pinky finger across different positions and chord shapes.
To be certain about which class level is truly right for your current skill level, try playing along with the class graduation videos. If you successfully play along with the previous graduation video but struggle with the graduation video for this class, then you're absolutely in the right place!
Before your initial class, try playing along with the warm-up video which you will practice in every class session. There are nine different warm-ups to choose from, so be sure to select the level matching your current abilities. Don't stress about fully understanding or completely mastering everything right away; just familiarize yourself with the material. (To maximize your progress and learning, use this video as your warm-up every single time you practice at home!)
If you successfully pass the graduation video, check out our next class in the series!
