Knowledge required
Prerequisite:
- Knife Skills for Beginners is recommended, but not required.
- You should be able to handle a knife properly and have extensive daily experience with consistent and basic cuts, like chopping, slicing, and dicing.
You need a chef's knife, a paring knife, and a cutting board. Your teacher will provide a detailed list of ingredients, additional materials, and prep instructions one week before the class.
