  • Requirements and Designs Life Cycle Management
    • <p>In this track, explore the tasks involved in managing the life cycle of requirements and designs, from tracing and maintaining information to prioritizing, assessing changes, and gaining approvals.</p>
  • Strategy Analysis
    • <p>In this track, learn how to conduct strategy analysis by identifying business needs, evaluating capabilities and constraints, and defining achievable outcomes. You will also learn how to assess enterprise readiness, develop transition strategies, and evaluate potential value to determine whether proposed solutions are viable.</p>
  • Requirements Analysis and Design Definition (RADD)
    • <p>In this track, learn how to specify and model requirements using diagrams and matrices, verify their quality against established standards, and validate that they support business objectives and deliver stakeholder value. Then, learn how to create a cohesive requirements architecture that connects models, ensures completeness, and supports stakeholder communication. Explore how to define and evaluate design options based on validated requirements and improvement opportunities. Finally, discover how to assess the potential value of each option to recommend the solution that best meets business needs and maximizes stakeholder value.</p>
  • Solution Evaluation
    • <p>In this track, you will learn how to assess solution performance through both qualitative and quantitative measures, examine data patterns, and pinpoint the underlying causes of performance discrepancies. You&#39;ll also explore methods for evaluating both solution and enterprise constraints that may affect value delivery. Ultimately, you will discover how to propose actions to enhance performance and meet strategic goals.</p>
