You will also learn how to assess enterprise readiness, develop transition strategies, and evaluate potential value to determine whether proposed solutions are viable.</p>
  • Requirements Analysis and Design Definition (RADD)
    • <p>In this track, learn how to specify and model requirements using diagrams and matrices, verify their quality against established standards, and validate that they support business objectives and deliver stakeholder value. Then, learn how to create a cohesive requirements architecture that connects models, ensures completeness, and supports stakeholder communication.
