Achieving balance between professional and personal life has become more challenging. The traditional concept of work-life balance has also changed and taken on a new meaning. It is no longer just about managing time between professional and personal commitments, but the term now encompasses a broader meaning. Although, it is still referred to as work-life balance, its scope extends beyond mere time management. It often arises from dissatisfaction with various aspects of and the difficulty in making decisions as well as inability to cope with the normal challenges of life.

Work-life balance is no longer a choice, but a necessity. This involves exploring our potential and actively taking charge of our lives to meet both professional and personal responsibilities, while also prioritizing self-care and overall well-being. It is essential for creating a healthy work environment and leading a fulfilling life. Balance empowers us to start thriving instead of just surviving.
