This course equips project professionals with tools to transition from ad hoc tracking into repeatable data driven delivery systems using Microsoft tools. Participants begin by building detailed Work Breakdown Structures and mapping critical delivery paths inside Microsoft Project. Through practical activities, participants automate resource leveling, set up engineering project hubs in Microsoft Teams, and enforce document governance in SharePoint repositories. As the curriculum progresses, participants connect native project metadata fields directly to Power BI data pipelines. Participants write custom DAX expressions to compute velocity trends and build cross filtered executive dashboards. The course culminates in a capstone project where participants deploy an end to end technical project execution blueprint containing automated telemetry feeds and workspace controls.
