Learners will discover how to architect a multi-tenant agentic document chat application using Amazon Bedrock Managed Knowledge Base. The course covers two core data flows -- document ingestion and conversational retrieval -- and explains how to enforce strict tenant isolation at every retrieval hop without building custom infrastructure. Participants will learn how the service handles ingestion, storage, embedding, ranking, and agentic multi-hop retrieval out of the box, enabling users to upload and query documents like contracts or reports in seconds while maintaining secure, identity-verified data boundaries across tenants at scale.
