Learners will discover how Cohere Health built a multi-tenant agentic architecture using Amazon Bedrock AgentCore to digitize clinical prior authorization policies at scale. The course covers how AgentCore Runtime's secure MicroVM isolation, AgentCore Gateway, AgentCore Memory, and Agent Skills work together to transform unstructured policy documents into machine-readable data. Participants will understand how this approach addresses operational bottlenecks in healthcare, enables consistent computable workflows, supports version control and human oversight, and helps health plans modernize prior authorization operations while maintaining clinical integrity.
