In this course, learners will discover how financial institutions can modernize Know Your Customer processes using AWS serverless solutions and agentic AI. The course covers the cloud-native architecture built on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka, and AWS Lambda, and explains how specialized AI sub-agents collaborate to automate identity verification, document analysis, fraud detection, and compliance. Learners will also explore how retrieval augmented generation and knowledge bases ground AI agent decisions in factual information.
