Course description
Airports are complex ecosystems with sophisticated operations that ensure a smooth travel experience for passengers. This course will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the many aspects required in the processing of passengers transiting through an airport.
The operational areas covered apply to all airports, the difference being, the scale of the operation which will be commensurate to the number of passengers and aircraft movements.
The course will also cover the legislation that airports must adhere to with particular emphasis on safety management.

- Understand the legislation which airports and stakeholders must adhere to
- Understand the flow process that will safely allow passengers either leaving by aircraft or by transport to use the airport facilities
