The course introduces the key elements of digital transformation in HR, covering core digital technologies, data-driven decision-making, and the drivers for change. You will gain insights into how digitalization reshapes HR functions and explore practical approaches to leading transformation and leveraging people analytics to create value.
The course is fully online and self-paced, requiring approximately 27 hours to complete over 90 days.
