Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, you will be able to:
- Explain key forms of curiosity and assess their strategic relevance for learning, innovation, and performance in organizational settings.
- Analyze how everyday dialogue, humor, and storytelling practices can either enable or constrain curiosity and creative thinking at work.
- Evaluate the role of formal and informal organizational narratives in shaping employee sensemaking, engagement, and orientations toward change.
- Apply dialogic strategies that foster psychological safety, trust, openness, and curiosity within teams and cross-functional interactions.
Content and Schedule
You can complete the course flexibly at your own pace. The content is delivered through videos, with quizzes to check your understanding and reflection tasks to support your learning. The reflection tasks also help you connect your learning to your own field or a context that interests you.
The course takes approximately 27 hours to complete and is equivalent to 1 ECTS. To finish the course and receive a certificate, you need to watch all videos, complete the quizzes with a minimum score of 75 percent, and complete the reflection assignments.
