Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, you will be able to:
- Explain the nature of courage and and assess its role as a catalyst for change, learning, and performance in organizations
- Analyze how fear, conformity, functional stupidity, and workplace dynamics can either enable or constrain courageous behavior and decision-making
- Evaluate the conditions that foster courage, including psychological safety, trust, and supportive organizational cultures.
- Apply courageous action to address challenges, influence change, and act as a gamechanger
Content and Schedule
You can complete the course flexibly at your own pace. The content is delivered through videos, with quizzes to check your understanding and reflection tasks to support your learning. The reflection tasks also help you connect your learning to your own field or a context that interests you.
The course takes approximately 27 hours to complete and is equivalent to 1 ECTS. To finish the course and receive a certificate, you need to watch all videos and complete the quizzes with a minimum score of 75 percent.
