I had a great time and experience in this Course. It made hiring and Staff Performance Evaluation so simple and easy. The Cultural Audit also allowed me to assess the shared practices, values and assumptions which forms my business culture and my Leadership styles which I learnt in Fundamentals of Leadership in Module 3.
