Fundamentals of Leadership, with Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women

In this course, you will learn about your role as leader of your company and employees. You will explore your own leadership style, and the core values and assumptions that influence how you lead. You will hear from other women business leaders, and create a Leadership Development Plan, identifying actions to help you build your leadership skills. Finally, you will complete a Cultural Audit, which encourages you to consider your business’s culture. By the end of the course, you will have created your Vision Statement, which describes your vision for the future of your business.

This course made me to identify my mission and vision statement also knowing my core values for my business.
This course really made me read and understand what I actually want in a business, how I want my environment to be how I intend to make my staffs feel while working for me. this course is everything any business owner needs to go through.
with this course you will have the need to get to actually know your staffs how to place them and also rate their performance as they work for you. giving them room to discuss and showcase their talent their opinion really matters in a business. I always have this slogan I use when advising business owners ( The way you treat your staffs will determine the rate at which they will help to grow your business 75% of staffs will always want positive results for their employers business while 25% will just want to work and earn salary not minding how the business succeed). treating your staffs right can help save your business in the sense that nobody want to loose the job they value and get treated rightly, it also makes your work easy when you resume to your business almost every work that needs to be done will be done by those staffs at ease.

Indention to details :- staffs tends to pay quality attention to details and also their environment when work place is accommodating.
every business owner needs to embark on self discovery, purpose and they should also work on their expectations.
