This unit was one of the most practical courses I’ve taken. It clearly broke down each stage of a product’s life, from ideation and validation to launch and growth, using real company examples like Spotify and Notion. The group project let us apply concepts by building a lifecycle plan for our own product idea, which made the learning stick. The lecturer was engaging and brought in guest PMs, giving real insight into the role. Workload is manageable if you plan ahead. Overall, it gave me a solid foundation in product thinking and is directly useful for internships and future careers in tech. -
