They touched on a few important topics, and it was very helpful overall. The audio however was so bad that I could hardly hear anything. Their discussions I feel had a lot of unnecessary information and you had to really take it apart to extract the truly valuable information from the rest of the unnecessary ramblings. I feel like this was my experience.
