    I think I learn the concept of Genome sequencing, mainly next generation sequencing very excellent. The class has provide me well crystal clear concept from basic dna fragment into its nucleotide visible form. Definitely ngs is one of the well advanced technique that will helps to sequence the genomics of every cell. Anyway, it has got all the process in quick time , with easy process. First of all, it will helps to understand the process of organism nucleotide and thus helps to detect the organism genomics. Similary resistance gene , virulence gene of the organism can be identified easily. This will helps to control the different disease. Thank you so much for everything for the class. Hope I can learn in future more about it.
