Things I liked: The presenter obviously knew what she was talking about. I've been an IA practitioner for many years and still learned some things.
Things I didn't like: There is a portion of the recording that shows people in the room working through a card sorting exercise which provided no benefit to the viewer. It would have been better to cut that section, or perhaps spent a couple of minutes showing a team's discussions of how it works.
