In his UCLAMDChat, Dr. Jesse Mills highlights that male infertility is often treatable because sperm regenerates every 90 days. He emphasizes a holistic approach, focusing on identifying physical issues like varicoceles and optimizing lifestyle factors. A critical takeaway is his warning against exogenous testosterone therapy, which can paradoxically shut down sperm production; instead, he advocates for natural hormone stimulation and antioxidants. By managing scrotal temperature, improving nutrition, and balancing hormones, Dr. Mills provides a clear roadmap for men to significantly enhance their reproductive health and improve chances of conception naturally.
