    The first review would be about solving problems when building a school or company
    2. hiring people who are skilled and adaptable
    3. when building a company, it's better to start small and rise as it grows
    4. Having an understanding of the company you are building
    5. diversity leads to better decisions, innovativeness and resilience
    6. one of the roles of a founder are to activities as you see vision, decisions and strategy.
    7. a well-planned equity can lead to growth, also considering long term implications
    8. avoiding rushing is important, priority should be put on hiring the right workers

    those are some of the things i have learned.
