Basics of ultrasound course provide a concise and to the point course, abdominal ultrasound technique, in which most of the organs in the abdomen were discussed with their transverse and sagittal and oblique views. Moreover, windows in which different views of the organs can be viewed were discussed. Besides, the course presenter, Dr Sam, explicitly explained details of each organ from both right and left sides in a way that can be easily understood by learners or students, even complete beginners, like that of my type. So, I can say that the course is a wonderful course presented meticulously in an amazing manner.
