    When viewing the left kidney and spleen patient must lie on the right side coz we get them from the left intercostal window
    Then we get the right kidney in the right intercostal when the patient is facing supine we can also get the portal hepatus and CBD
    THE Liver can be seen in subxiphoid where we see the caudate lobe, ivc ,ligamentum venosum
    Subcostal we can see the gall bladder sagitaly, hepatic veins,
