مزایای Google Analytics 4

1. ردیابی بر مبنای رویداد (Event-Based):
در GA4، تمرکز بیشتر روی رویدادهایی است که کاربران انجام می‌دهند (کلیک، اسکرول، پر کردن فرم، و غیره)، نه فقط بازدید صفحات. این به شما دید دقیق‌تر و منعطف‌تری از رفتار کاربران می‌دهد.

2. ردیابی چند‌سکویی (وب + اپ):
امکان ترکیب داده‌های وب‌سایت و اپلیکیشن موبایل در یک property وجود دارد. این یعنی می‌تونی سفر کاربر را در پلتفرم‌های مختلف به صورت یکپارچه تحلیل کنی.

3. هوش ماشین و پیش‌بینی:
GA4 از یادگیری ماشین استفاده می‌کنه برای مدل‌سازی رفتار کاربران (مثلاً پیش‌بینی احتمال خرید یا ریزش).

4. کنترل بیشتر روی حریم خصوصی:
در GA4 امکان مدیریت داده‌ها (نگهداری، حذف، به اشتراک گذاری) بهتر فراهم شده است. همچنین ردیابی بدون کوکی (cookieless) در نظر گرفته شده است که برای شرایط قوانین حریم خصوصی مثل GDPR مهم است.

5. گزارش‌سازی انعطاف‌پذیر و قیف‌های سفارشی:
می‌تونی قیف (funnel) دلخواه بسازی و گزارش‌های دقیق‌تر بسازی تا مسیر تبدیل کاربران رو بهتر ببینی.

6. ادغام با ابزارهای گوگل:
GA4 ادغام قوی با ابزارهایی مثل BigQuery، Google Ads و غیره دارد که تحلیل داده‌های بسیار بزرگ یا پیشرفته را ساده‌تر می‌کند.

معایب و چالش‌ها

1. شیب یادگیری زیاد:
برای کسانی که با نسخه قدیمی‌تر (Universal Analytics) کار کرده‌اند، GA4 بسیار متفاوت است و یادگیری آن زمان‌بر است.

2. محدودیت در گزارش‌های پیش‌فرض:
در گزارش‌های استاندارد GA4 محدودیت‌هایی وجود دارد — برخی امکاناتی که در Universal Analytics راحت‌تر بودند، الان پیچیده‌تر شده‌اند یا اصلاً در جای مشابه نیستند.

3. نگهداری داده:
دوره نگهداری داده در GA4 محدودتر است (مثلاً حداکثر ۱۴ ماه برای برخی نوع داده‌ها) که می‌تواند برای تحلیل‌های طولانی‌مدت چالش باشد.

4. مهاجرت از Universal Analytics:
داده‌های تاریخی از Universal Analytics را نمی‌توان مستقیماً به GA4 منتقل کرد، که برای شرکت‌هایی که سابقه زیادی دارند، یک مشکل جدی است.

5. مدل انتساب (Attribution):
مدل‌های انتساب در GA4 تغییر کرده‌اند و فقط مدل‌های محدودتری به صورت پیش‌فرض وجود دارد.

6. گزارش ایمیلی خودکار:
GA4 امکان ارسال دوره‌ای گزارش به ایمیل (مثل نسخه ساده UA) را به صورت داخلی خیلی محدود دارد؛ باید از ابزارهای دیگر مثل BigQuery یا گزارش‌سازهای دیگر استفاده کنی.

7. محدودیت در تعداد ویژگی‌های سفارشی:
مثلاً تعداد بعدها یا متریک‌های سفارشی (custom dimensions) محدودیتی دارد.

8. تأخیر در داده:
بعضی کاربران گزارش داده‌اند که داده‌های GA4 با تأخیر بیشتر نسبت به UA وارد گزارش‌ها می‌شوند (مثلاً ۱ تا ۲ روز).

9. واکنش کاربران معمولی:
بعضی کاربران (بخصوص کسب‌وکارهای کوچک) ممکن است با رابط GA4 راحت نباشند و خواهان داشبورد ساده‌تر یا گزارش‌های سریع‌تر باشند. مثلاً در Reddit گفته‌اند:

I recently completed the Google Analytics course and found it incredibly valuable, especially for someone new to digital marketing and data analysis. The content is well-structured and broken down into manageable sections, making it easy to follow even if you don't have a technical background.

I recently completed this Google Analytics 4 course and honestly, it was better than I expected. I had some basic knowledge before starting, but GA4 always felt confusing to me. This course broke everything down into simple steps and didn’t rush through important details. What I liked most was how the instructor actually showed the process inside the platform instead of just talking about theory. The sections about events and reports were especially useful because that’s where I usually get lost.

Sometimes I had to rewatch a couple of parts to fully understand, but that’s normal with technical topics. Overall, I feel much more comfortable navigating GA4 now. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants practical knowledge without unnecessary complexity.
