Finite Automata as a Tool for Modeling Psychological Phenomena

I recently completed a course on Finite Automata, and it was a valuable learning experience. The course provided a clear understanding of fundamental concepts such as DFA, NFA, regular expressions, and their practical applications. The explanations were simple and well-structured, making complex topics easier to grasp. I especially found the conversion techniques between NFA and DFA and the relation between regular expressions and automata very interesting. The course also helped strengthen my problem-solving skills through various examples and exercises. However, including more real-world applications or interactive simulations could have made the learning even more engaging. Overall, this course built a strong foundation in automata theory and is highly useful for students interested in compiler design and theoretical computer science.
