Great course on customer analytics, a very simple introduction, broken down for easy understanding. A course of great importance.
However, I find the course not broad enough and the practical analytics not explained in really simple terms for great understanding.
Referring and redirecting into other relevant and similar course is not efficiently done.
Great course, but I wished there was more or I could be shown where I could get more information on customer analytics.

I recently completed a customer analysis course that focused on the marketing mix and STP ( segmentation, targeting, position ) .the course was incredibly informative providing a solid Foundation understanding how to effectively analyze customer behaviour and preferences. the modules on the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) were particularly helpful illustrated how these elements interact to influenc consumer decisions. additionally the STP Framework was thoroughly explained emphasizing the importance of identifying specific target ,market overall, the course was engaging and equipped me with practical skills that I can apply in real word marketing scenario ,highly recommended!
