A caregiver must be careful in taking care of a patient especially mental or psychiatric in descend that any mental reasoning is not the same like human normal reasoning and before applying any medication to a mental patient you must go through diagnosis, then the diagnosis would be the one to give you the particular medication you would give to the patients and while applying the medication you will be observant and watchful to know if the medication you applying is working. then as a caregiver you must also have a mind of tolerant and observant.
