Medicosis made a tough topic really simple. The lecture clearly explained increased blood volume, cardiac output, heart rate, and the drop in SVR during pregnancy. I liked the diagrams showing why murmurs and edema are normal. The clinical relevance and exam-focused style were excellent. Very high-yield for OB/GYN and physiology.
