Vicars does an excellent job explaining and explaining the signs (that is as long as you already have a basic understanding of ASL), though I will say not all the signs are closely related to customer service, as some of them (such as PLEASE/THANK-YOU and GOOD) are just basic ASL vocabulary. But overall, good course :)
