Traditional exercise therapy, known as "Dao Yin An Qiao" in ancient times, is a physical and mental exercise method that is gradually recognized, created and summarized by the ancient Chinese people during the practice of fighting against aging and diseases for a long time. Under the guidance of the theory of Traditional Chinese medicine, it is a medical rehabilitation method based on body movements, and closely combines with thoughts, breathing and self-massage, with the purpose of maintaining body and mind, for preventing and treating diseases and improving body functions.
