otorhinolaryngology is a branch of clinical medicine that not only has its own theoretical system, but also has close connections with other disciplines. The teaching objective of otorhinolaryngology is to enable students to master the basic theories, knowledge, and skills of this discipline, with a focus on common and frequently occurring diseases, making students understand the causes, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and prevention theories of diseases, so that they can have a certain understanding of the various organs and diseases of otorhinolaryngology, understand the mutual influence and connection between systemic diseases and otorhinolaryngology diseases, as well as the relationship between otorhinolaryngology diseases and the outside world and the whole, and understand the position and role of otorhinolaryngology in clinical medicine. In addition to focusing on common diseases, theoretical courses also provide relevant knowledge to enable students not only to master the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently occurring diseases, as well as specialized examination and treatment techniques, but also to understand the latest developments in specialized fields.
