Enterprise is a complex system. What to manage and how to manage is difficult for those who have not actually contacted the enterprise or have not worked in the enterprise. This course will return to the essence of management, focus on the basic functions and objects of enterprise management, and lead you to explore the mysteries of enterprise management.

The course consists of three parts. The first part, focusing on the essence of management, mainly discusses the core concepts and thinking modes of enterprise operation and management; the second part, focusing on the functional activities of enterprises, takes strategic management as the guide, and analyzes the basic activities of marketing, research and development, and operation management; the third part, focusing on the management objects, analyzes the key methods and tools of human, financial, material and other resource management of the enterprise.
