This course explains Chinese maritime law in English, and is dedicated to presenting the latest development of maritime law in China's legislation, judiciary and theoretical research. By learning Chinese maritime law in English, learners will be able to build a pathway for further study and understanding of international maritime law, and grow to become foreign-related rule of law professionals who are well versed in international and domestic maritime legal rules.
