The "Maritime Law" course is a core professional course for the Waterway Transportation and Maritime Management major in maritime institutes. It emphasizes interdisciplinary development, targets students and professionals in the maritime and legal fields, is based on the international maritime legal system, and deeply integrates practical and academic perspectives.

The curriculum design places great emphasis on internationalization, systematically teaching ten core modules such as ship property rights, maritime contracts, ship collisions, and general average. It directly addresses cognitive blind spots and strives to enhance the ability to understand practical scenarios.

Focusing on serving the training needs of international seafarers for the "Belt and Road Initiative", the course accurately empowers the international seafarer community, improves their legal literacy, and strengthens their legal professional capabilities
