Civil law is closely connected with social life. From property ownership, intellectual achievements, and commodity trading to money lending, marriage and family, and property inheritance; from small reward advertisements to large-scale activities such as tourists taking spaceships to travel in space, all will involve the provisions of civil law.

The "General Principles of Civil Law" course is carefully planned and created by the teaching group of general principles of civil law of the Law School of Tianjin University of Commerce, which is the backbone member of the municipal civil law teaching team in Tianjin. Starting from the theoretical context and institutional details of civil law and taking concept analysis as the fulcrum, it will take you to explore the concept value in legal technology, help you understand the private law logic behind empirical rules, and use professional language to tell you the civil law stories in the daily life of ordinary people.
