Energy Law is an emerging legal discipline that takes energy law as its research object and focuses on the emergence and development of energy law. As an important branch of China’s legal system, its core teaching content includes the concept and basic principles of energy law, the concept and constituent elements of energy legal relations, the main composition of the energy management system, as well as four fundamental energy legal institutions: the legal system for energy security, the legal system for energy marketization, the legal system for sustainable energy development, and the legal system for universal energy services.
