This course gave me a much clearer understanding of the difference between mental health and mental illness ,something I hadn't fully appreciated before. I found the reflective activities on meaning, purpose, and goal setting genuinely useful, not just 'busy work.' The connection between depression, anxiety, and MS symptoms like fatigue was explained in a way that was easy to understand but not oversimplified. The quizzes helped reinforce key points without feeling stressful. Overall, a practical, well-structured course for anyone living with MS or supporting someone who does.

"Más que información, el curso da herramientas prácticas. Aprender a gestionar el estrés, la ansiedad o la tristeza relacionada con los brotes o la incertidumbre te devuelve una sensación de control que la enfermedad a veces arrebata."

"Enseña que cuidar la salud mental no es un 'extra', sino una parte fundamental del manejo de la EM. Es tan importante como la medicación."

The Mental Health course gave a clear introduction to mental wellbeing. We learned about common mental health conditions, warning signs, stigma, self-care, coping strategies, and how to support others. It also covered burnout, stress management, and when to refer someone for professional help.

The course changed my mindset. Mental health is not “madness” it’s part of overall health, just like physical sickness such as flu. I now recognize signs of stress and burnout in myself and others. I understand why rest and talking about problems matter.
