Implement security, governance, and resilient monitoring across Azure environments. Automate infrastructure with ARM templates and Bicep. Design and manage scalable networks and services. Apply backup, recovery, and failover strategies. Build real-world solutions aligned to the Microsoft AZ-104 certification and modern cloud operations.

Syllabus

  • Manage Azure Compute
    • Deploy and manage Azure compute resources through Infrastructure as Code, virtual machines, containers, and App Services. Learn to automate resource deployment with ARM templates and Bicep files, manage scalable and secure VMs, provision and scale containerized applications, and configure advanced features of Azure App Service. Build integrated compute architectures that are optimized, secure, and production-ready.
  • Manage Azure Storage
    • Learn to implement and manage Azure Storage solutions through real-world scenarios. Configure access controls, storage accounts, Azure Files, and Blob Storage. Apply data protection with snapshots, soft delete, and versioning. Optimize storage costs with lifecycle management and tiering. Build resilient, secure storage architectures using identity-based access and automation—skills essential for both the AZ-104 exam and production environments.
  • Manage Azure Access, Policies, & Budgets
    • Learn to manage Azure identities and governance by creating users and groups, assigning access through RBAC, organizing resources with policies, tags, and locks, and managing costs with budgets and Azure Advisor. Through hands-on labs and real-world scenarios, you'll gain the practical skills needed to secure, structure, and optimize Azure environments.
  • Manage Azure Virtual Networking
    • Design and manage secure, scalable Azure virtual networks. Configure VNets, subnets, peering, public IPs, routing, and name resolution. Implement secure access with NSGs, ASGs, Bastion, and endpoints. Configure DNS and load balancing for multi-tier apps. Apply skills in a real-world architecture project to build and optimize production-ready Azure network environments.
  • Manage Azure Resources
    • Build the skills needed to monitor, maintain, and protect Azure resources in real-world environments. Use Azure monitoring tools to track performance, analyze health metrics, and gain clear visibility into how services are operating.
Learn how to implement backup and recovery strategies to protect data and ensure availability, as well as configure Azure Site Recovery for disaster recovery scenarios. Reporting and ongoing resource management are included to help make informed operational decisions.
