Organizations and communities have increasingly been the target of cyberattacks that are preventable. One essential step to preventing cybersecurity incidents is establishing cybersecurity programs. Developing robust cybersecurity programs is crucial for safeguarding assets and maintaining resilience. The CCSMM provides a comprehensive and sustainable approach to building cyber resiliency. The CCSMM provides a yardstick, roadmap, and common point of reference for all those working to improve cybersecurity capabilities. This course provides students with the essential knowledge to navigate the complex landscape of organizational and community cybersecurity programs and the characteristics and activities necessary to establish a cybersecurity program.
