The course provides a foundational guide to cybersecurity, covering concepts, threats, and defense strategies relevant to most organizations with emphasis placed on practical principles, assessment methodologies, and future security challenges.nLearners will explore cybersecurity concepts, essential principles, and best practices that form the foundation of an effective organizational cybersecurity program. The course also examines current cybersecurity threats, how adversaries think and act, and the methods organizations can use to protect networks, systems, and data. By the end of the course, learners will be able to recognize systemic weaknesses, apply appropriate mitigation strategies, and understand how policies, assessments, and security technologies contribute to resilience against cyber-attacks.
