  • Week 4: Introduction to PLCs and I/O Devices: KTP900 Human Machine Interface, Solenoid Valves, Proximity Sensors
  • Week 5: PLC Ladder Programming – Introduction to TIA portal: TIA portal – Project Creation, Contacts and Coils Normally Open Contact, Normally Closed Contact, Output Coil. One Shot, Set Coil, Reset Coil
  • Week 6: Timers -Timer Delay on, Timer Delay off Logical and Arithmetic Operations -Greater than or Equal to, Less than or Equal to, Equal to, Adder, Subtractor
  • Week 7: Multiplication, Division, Counters - Counter Up, Counter Down
  • Week 8: HMI Programming: KTP 900 HMI, Button Functions - SET & RESET, HMI - Display Elements - Meter
  • Week 9: Bar & Pipes
  • Week 10: HMI Programming: Arranging the tags of the HMI, Simple & Multi-state Indicator in HMI
  • Week 11: Using PLC for Digital Transformation
  • Week 12: Practical Session on using PLCs to achieve Digital Transformation
