Key areas covered include the entrepreneurial mindset, Opportunity Identification, Customer Value Proposition, New Product Development, Marketing and Go-To-Market strategies, Entrepreneurial Finance, Strategy and Leadership, and Communication. The course uses a dynamic combination of concept teaching and real-life storytelling to bring the entrepreneurial journey alive for learners.
