ABOUT THE COURSE:This course is thoughtfully designed to foster a comprehensive understanding of equitable and inclusive education, with aspecific emphasis on recognizing and addressing diversity within mainstream classrooms. Aimed at empowering futureeducators, the course enables learners to explore inclusive pedagogical practices and identify effective strategies forcollaboration among various stakeholders’ teachers, families, school leaders, and the community to ensure the successfulimplementation of inclusive education. The medium of instruction will be Hindi and this course is particularly relevant foraspirants preparing for special educator recruitment exams, including the DSSSB Special Educator Exam, Bihar SpecialEducator Exam, and other state-level examinations in the field of special education. It is ideally suited for studentspursuing B.Ed. Special Education, B.Ed., M.Ed. Special Education, or enrolled in the ITEP (Integrated Teacher EducationProgramme). Upon successful completion, learners will be well-prepared to advance to higher studies such as a Master’sor Ph.D. in Education or Special Education.
