ABOUT THE COURSE:Interaction of human behaviour in organizational settings has been gaining new momentum at the macro (individuals in organizations)), meso (work groups), and macro (organizations in individuals) levels. The proposed course structure not only focuses on the basic OB courses but incorporates the advanced parts of OB practices like organizational dynamics, organizational citizenship behaviour, toxicity in the workplace, employee resilience, etc. The number of disciplines like industrial/ organizational psychology, sociology, management, and anthropology has influenced the course, hence it will have wide coverage among UG/PG/Doctoral students of STEM, Social sciences, and employees in organizations, etc. The main objective of the course (basics to advanced) is to give the holistic map of Organizational Behaviour (OB) under one umbrella as per the needs of students/academia/industry through theoretical and practical implementations.INTENDED AUDIENCE: B.Com., M.Com.
