LSS Black Belt Training Vol 1: Define and Measure

Juran’s Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program begins with self-paced learning to give you an understanding of the methodology. It will qualify you to lead the Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and applications in all functions and levels at your company. Throughout or after the courses, learners must complete a project to be certified. You can work with your own Master Black Belt and coach or work with our MBB at Juran to deliver a completed project for their company.
