This course explains thoroughly the strategy analysis knowledge area and its main purpose, defining the most effective way to employ the capabilities of an organization in order to achieve a set of goals and objectives. In this course, Business Analysis: Defining Change Strategies, you will gain the ability to analyze current state, define future state, perform risk assessment, and define change strategy.
